Even though the images are permanently fixed by being kiln-fired, I always suggest for longevity of your handmade ceramic gifts to hand wash and don't use in the microwave.
If you must put them in the dishwasher do not use the heat setting.
All items are lead-free and food-safe.

Return Policy-
Items that have been personalized are not returnable. All other items that are ready to ship are returnable if buyer pays shipping for 7 days after delivery.
If an item is damaged in shipping please send a photo of the outside of the box, the packing material inside and the item in question.
Unfortunately, sometimes it happens and I will be glad to replace your item for you.
Please open the box upon delivery you will have 2 days after delivery date to send me the information.
